Beat Street 'Spit' poster

This is one of those ideas I’ve had bubbling away for years and years.

Followers of my work may remember the Beat Street ‘Spit’ T-shirt I produced back in the Style Warrior days, and I always wanted to do a poster that was fairly minimal in design but also featured the ‘Spit’ tag in a more subtle way than just simply sprayed over the top.

I came close to producing a ‘glow-in-the-dark’ version, but the paint was just too visible in normal light. However, when I recently tested out Molotow’s gloss spray it was perfect. Subtle enough so that it’s almost invisible, but glossy enough so that when it catches the light can be clearly seen.
